We only ship to confirm Paypal address (understand your Paypal buyer and seller protection). When your order is shipped, you will receive a email from Paypal/USPS with your tracking information (make sure your Paypal address is correct). All mats are custom cut by hand (not by machine) to your requirements and they ship in 5 business days. If you need them sooner, please ask before you purchase to see if we can meet your shipment requirements. Again, all mats are custom cut and we can't ship your order until we know what color of mat and your opening size requirements. All openings are cut about 1/4" (except ACEO sized opening which are about 1/8") smaller so your art will not fall out. If you need something other than the 1/4" or the 1/8" (ACEO sized) opening requirements, let me know when you place your order.
